My Time at the UPS Store
My first job after college was being a Print Specialist at the UPS store. This role was an important one because it taught me a lot about post production when it comes to Graphic Design that school didn’t show me that much. Being a Print Specialist also helped me because it made me connect with many customers and taught me how to set rates with them. At this job I was in charge of printing out posters, business cards, booklets and many other types print media. This job also gave me a bit more practice on how to do perfect cuts when it came to prints, how to bind booklets.There were also opportunities for me to design products for clients so it made me learn how to design while keeping of the final print in mind.
